Bates Estate Community Building Project, Brighton, UK

During the summer 2013 I spent 1,5 months doing a short term volunteering project in collaboration with Brighton City Council & University of Brighton. The brief was to propose a design for a new safe meeting place in the Bates Estate residential area that would suit all the residents, including kids, teenagers, single parents and elderly people. In a team of 2 we proposed a brief & design for a new functional & safe meeting place in the residential area Bates Estate for their tenants of different ages & welfare states.
